This project presented an exciting collaborative opportunity with a strategic partner overseeing construction and supervision. We were brought on to deliver a design for Felicity Plaza that made the most of a compact footprint while still offering generous, functional spaces in line with the client’s expectations. 

Guided by a clear and focused brief, our team worked creatively within site constraints to achieve a balanced and efficient layout that maximized usability without compromising aesthetics.
